Blake Shelton marked Gwen Stefani’s 57th birthday with a personal social media tribute celebrating their relationship. In a birthday post shared on October 3, Shelton included several photos of the couple together and added a short message expressing his love for Stefani.
The post also highlighted a sentimental gift connected to their history as a couple. As shown in the birthday celebration, Stefani received a necklace featuring the number 11, representing the number of years she and Shelton have been together.
The photos offered a mix of public and private moments, including the couple posing outdoors, embracing at a celebration, and spending time together away from the spotlight.
Shelton and Stefani first met while working as coaches on The Voice in 2014. They began dating the following year and married in July 2021.
Over the years, the pair have regularly shared birthday messages, anniversary tributes, and other personal milestones with fans. This latest celebration continued that tradition with a simple look back at their life together.
