A new survey of 2,000 dog owners reveals striking personality matches between pets and their humans. Eighty-one percent believe fate brought them together with their dogs. Seventy-four percent say their pets reflect their key traits, especially energy levels and social habits. Introverted owners typically have shy, quiet, cautious dogs, while extroverts are twice as likely to own outgoing pets compared to introverts (38% vs. 19%). Most extroverts (82%) report having extroverted dogs, while 62% of introverts say their pets are also introverted.
