Millennials also aim to earn the most at $7,258, while baby boomers seek $3,277. The survey found 63% of seasonal employees worry about affording holiday necessities. Workers plan to use earnings for gifts for family and friends (39%), better holidays for their children (22%), and airline tickets to visit loved ones (9%).
