President Trump said he received an MRI during his latest medical exam at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and described the results as “perfect.” The president told reporters Monday aboard Air Force One, that the scan was part of his October checkup, conducted six months after his April physical. American Water Works and Essential Utilities announced Monday that their boards approved an all-stock merger valued at $40 billion. The combined company, to be called American Water, will serve 17 states and have an enterprise value of $63 billion based on Friday’s closing prices. Headquartered in Camden, N.J., the merged utility will be led by American Water President and CEO John Griffith. (Story URL)
